1. About These Terms

By accessing EasySellPhone.com, submitting device details, requesting an estimate, arranging an appointment or completing a sale, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

Easy Sell Phone is operated by TAHIR NAZIR MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO. L.L.C. References to “Easy Sell Phone”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that legal entity. References to “you” or “seller” mean the person or organization offering a device to us.

2. Our Service

We provide initial estimates and may purchase eligible used or new electronics, including phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, wireless earbuds, gaming consoles and selected accessories. We may offer collection from an agreed UAE location or assessment at our premises, subject to coverage, availability and verification.

We act as a direct buyer when a transaction is completed. Nothing on the website guarantees that every device will be accepted or purchased.

3. Estimates, Inspection and Final Offers

Online, telephone or WhatsApp estimates are provisional and based only on the information you provide. The final offer may increase, decrease or be withdrawn after physical inspection.

We may check the device model, serial or IMEI information, specifications, cosmetic condition, battery, display, cameras, ports, connectivity, locks, repairs, replaced parts, accessories and general functionality. You may accept or decline the final offer before ownership is transferred.

4. Accurate Device Information

You must provide complete and accurate information and disclose known damage, faults, repairs, missing parts, finance, locks or other issues. Materially inaccurate information may result in a revised offer, cancellation of collection or refusal of the device.

5. Ownership and Eligible Sellers

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to transact and are the lawful owner of the device or are properly authorized by its owner.

Devices reported lost or stolen, obtained unlawfully, subject to unresolved finance or ownership claims, counterfeit, activation-locked, materially altered or unsafe may be rejected. We may request identification, proof of purchase or authority and may cooperate with lawful authorities where required.

6. Personal Data and Account Removal

Before handover, you are responsible for backing up anything you wish to keep, signing out of accounts, disabling tracking or activation locks, removing SIM and memory cards and erasing personal data.

Inspection or processing may involve resetting or accessing the device to test functions. We are not responsible for data left on a device or for loss of data that was not backed up before handover, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Pickup is subject to service-area coverage, staff availability, access, parking and the accuracy of the location details supplied. Please ensure an authorized adult and the correct device are available. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment for safety, access, operational or verification reasons.
Prices may reflect model, specifications, condition, completeness and market demand. Payment is made using an agreed available method after inspection, acceptance and any required ownership checks. A completed payment and handover normally concludes the sale, subject to fraud, ownership and legal rights that cannot be excluded.
You may decline the final offer before completing the sale. Please notify us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule a pickup. We may cancel an enquiry or appointment if information is incomplete, the device is unavailable, unsafe or ineligible, or verification cannot be completed.
Business and bulk enquiries may require an inventory list, authority to sell, ownership records, identification, commercial documents and additional inspection time. Separate written commercial terms may apply; if they conflict with these Terms, the specifically agreed written terms control for that transaction.
You must not misuse the website, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content unlawfully or use the service to sell property you do not have authority to sell. Website availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data not backed up, losses caused by inaccurate seller information, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version and updated date. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
